**Shipping**

Free shipping within Spain. International shipping is free on orders over €100.

**Exchanges**

Free exchanges within Spain.

All products can be exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (except for special promotions where a specific policy is stated).

*Sale items can only be exchanged for items of equal value or for store credit.

Items must be in the same condition as they were delivered, with original packaging and tags. If the item is used or damaged, it cannot be returned.

**Returns**

All full-price items can be returned for a refund (sale items and items under special promotions are not eligible).

Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
